The portraits on this site were made on assignment for the dutch monthly on philosophy, Filosofie Magazine. Most were made in the Netherlands. The images of statues and other philosophy related subjects were made while travelling in Rome, London and Spain. On my other website you can see more of my work. And on my photoblog I post weekly updates of my nature and birdphotography. Some facts about the photograper: I was born in 1961.The place where I live is called Utrecht, a city in center of the Netherlands. My heart lies with landscape, wildlife and travel photography. Luckily travelling already starts at my front door.  Since 1993 I have worked as a freelance photographer. I work for several magazines and organizations. I am represented by photo library Hollandse Hoogte. The Dutch monthly on philosophy Filosofie Magazine is one of them. Other clients I work for are: graphic design agency Suggestie en Illusie, public relations agency Movement design agency Dvada and Hostel Strowis. I worked in several countries such as India, Nepal, Morocco, Jordan, the Dominican Republic, Norway, Ireland the UK and Scotland. Since a couple of years I have discovered the fun of photographing birds. The results can be found on my other website. |
